Jefferson, Berkeley, Morgan and Hampshire Counties.
Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority will cease operations at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 22nd. There will be NO “Purple Line” service on Saturday, January 23rd.
Martinsburg-Berkeley County Library will close at one p.m. Friday, January 22nd, and REMAIN closed on Saturday.
